About Me:

I am a mother of a 3yr old son, I am a full time college student an i work part time as a nurse. So i have a plate full an i am trying to balance my time and energy to lose wight also handle every day duties. But im sure there are plenty of people that are in my or have been in my shoes. lol

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Eating more Veg/Fruite, an liking it
  • Lose 10lb in a moth an keeping it off
  • Exercise more an have online support

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My favorite healthy food:

Yogurt an granola an peaches and fruite salads

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, brownies, baking in general o some time fast foods or diet sodas

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be there when my son graduates high school also to be healthy for my self, im too young to have so much extra weight on my 1 AN ONLY BODY

  • Parking far out in parking lots

My favorite activity at the gym is:

bench pressing, weight lifting an sit ups
