Im a 37 year old single female. I enjoy traveling, socializing with friends and just having fun!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Would like to lose 100lbs. Want my feet and back to stop hurting and mabe hav a baby one day soon. I'm getting older and i dont have much time! Lol!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My favorite healthy food:

watermelon and yougurt+granola

My guiltiest pleasure:

Potatos,bread and chips

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel as beautiful as other people think i am.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • carry healthy snacks
  • Have a routine
  • write down everything i eat

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Aerobic classes and the elipticle rider.
