About Me:

i am 58 and have ms. I can only exercise if I have something to hang on to. I am on lots of medications.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • to get to 130 lbs and walk on my treadmill fo 30 min a day 5 days a week

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

about 8 years ago i started gaining all this weight

My favorite healthy food:

watermelon

My guiltiest pleasure:

frozen yogurt

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to be healthy because Heavenly Father gave me this temple to live in and I am abusing it by being 50 lbs overweight

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • going to salad instead of brusters

My favorite activity at the gym is:

treadmill

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • i am living the commandments
