I'm a 22 year old female, just trying to make it through life and attempting to do it smart and in a healthy way!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing at least 50 pound
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Probably the past year. I started to pack on the pounds with all of the stress I have been through

My favorite healthy food:

Yogurt, Raw vegetables, grilled vegetables, and salads

My guiltiest pleasure:

Fast food and soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to feel better about myself. I have noticed a change in myself and I want to be able to feel comfortable with me again.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drinking a lot of water
  • Cut out fast food
  • Signed up at a gym

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I would it is cardio

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Finding a career that is the most rewarding one I could ask for
