About Me:

I am 32 mother of one baby girl that is two and I am very heavy at 230 and only 5.2' so it really shows and I want to get under 200 pounds by summer I am hoping just starting my dieting

The goals I'm working toward:

  • getting under 200lbs by summer begins of 2009
  • drink my 8 glasses of water a day or more
  • and finding a excercise that is best for me to day

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since I was in grade school I have always been over weight

My favorite healthy food:

fruits and veggies,pasta

My guiltiest pleasure:

cookies,potato chips,diet soda

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to watch my baby girl grow up,i want to wear those sexy clothes I always have eyes on that I can not wear,I want to be healthy

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • stopped drinking soda
  • I have been doing excercise for last two days
  • I like to walk around out side with my baby girl

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I have no way to the gym since are only car broke down on us but I do plan to buy dvds to work with and a machine soon I hope to work that way from home until we can get a car to get to gym

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my baby girl
  • taking the first steps of wanting to lose the weight
