The goals I'm working toward:
- lose 100 pounds
- Maintain a healthy weight
- become a better me all around : )
I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:
iv'e been big since i was young, so you kind of learn to deal with it but there's always times its gonna bother you
My favorite healthy food:
i know it sounds weird but i love steamed cabbage :P
My guiltiest pleasure:
well at the moment nothing ive cut out every thing i drink except water, and as for sweets i want em but i have more self control (most of the time) lmao
I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:
i dont want to set a bad example for my younger family,... i want to feel and look better,..... diabetes and heart attacks runs in my family , and even though i have no signs of it and my test come back negative, I know if i dont lose weight i put my self at an even bigger risk of getting diabetes or having a heart attack
Healthy habits that work for me:
- i only drink water
- Find something positive to say about myself every day
- i try and wake up early most mornings.. i still like to sleep in sometimes though : )
