About Me:

Hiya! .. My names Jodi, im only 19 years old but am very overweight, i currently weigh in at 210 pounds and my goal is to get down to 140 pounds! .. i had my daughter a year ago now and just havnt done any excersize and i use to eat anything i can whilst i had the chance, but now thats GOT to change! Good luck everyone :)

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Running the half marathon on may 27th 2012
  • Losing 70 pounds
  • Keeping it off!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Since i was about year 8 in School, witch was over 6 years ago! I also put on alot when i got pregnant with my daughter in 2010.

My favorite healthy food:

i lovee apples and pears atm, cant stop eating them!

My guiltiest pleasure:

I use to love getting a takeaway every friday and sitting in front of the telly stuffing my face. not anymore though :)

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be here for my daughter, i want to be able to run around and play with her as much as she wants , plus i want to be able to go clothes shopping and buy size 10 to 12 clothes for a change!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Only drink water
  • I walk alot more
  • Dont drink no fizzy anymore

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I joined the gym and went a few times but its so hard getting a babysitter every time i wanted to go so i bought myself a Nintendo Wii and Wii fit and i do it for half and hour every day, i also use my thigh toner 3 times a day for a few minutes each :)

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Having my beautiful Daughter :)
  • Achieving my NVQ Level 2 in childcare
  • Being a good mum!
