About Me:

i am a 5' 6" african american female, who weight is 190 my problem is my stomach and i like to eat sweets. all weight goes to my stomach. i work out 3 times a week, also wear my tummy belt

The goals I'm working toward:

  • is to loose 10 pounds
  • get into a size 12
  • is to put on a bikini

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

since 2004

My favorite healthy food:

lasagna, fried chicken, ziti,

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate cake and my sister makes a homemade carrot cake

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i need to loose this weight, to be more fit and breathe better, and look better

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • love salad
  • drink water

My favorite activity at the gym is:

i ususally go to a steppers class but have not been lately need to start back

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • during summer lost 10 pounds
  • worked out with a trainer
