Fresh fruit and yogurt

My guiltiest pleasure:

Pop and sweets, especially chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be healty and set a good example for my son.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Cutting out pop and coffee
  • Eating healthy snacks
  • keeping healthy food in the house

My favorite activity at the gym is:

eliptical or stationary bike
