I am a freelance graphic designer from Millersburg, PA. I go to the gym every day and am working towards losing 60 pounds. I have already lost 82. Hopefully this will be the year when I am no longer over weight.

The goals I'm working toward:

Turkey sandwich with mustard on whole wheat with lots of crispy lettuce.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I just turned 50 and want to be healthy into my retirement years.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Build a workout into my daily routine
  • Keep a food journal allowing 1500 calories
  • Drink lots of water

My favorite activity at the gym is:

rowing machine
