Meal preparation doesn't get much more simple than a taco. Some ground beef or grilled chicken tossed in a tortilla and folded with tomatoes, cheese and lettuce and you've got a simple and relatively healthy food.

That is until Taco Bell makes tacos. Some of their TexMex menu items contain as many as 100 or 125 ingredients, like the chicken quesadilla and Nachos Bell Grande. Many also include MSG, and other controversial chemical ingredients. Earlier this year, Taco Bell was accused of using fake beef, an announcement that called in to question the ingredients in their ground beef.
