After college Paul Bucich landed a desk job and fell into a string of bad habits, including watching late night TV and drinking too much alcohol. This unhealthy lifestyle resulted in weight gain and some serious health problems.

By 2009 Paul weighed 210 pounds and was also on high blood pressure medication. But after participating in a weight loss competition with a few family members, Paul lost 30 pounds, quit smoking and got off of his medication. Now, nearly four years later, Paul weighs a slim 152 pounds, is an Iron Man finisher, and strives daily to be a healthy role model for his wife and three kids.
