Saturday Morning Drills: The Lower Body Blitz

This squat is very simple and effective for sculpting every muscle in your legs. Start by sinking down into a squat with feet wider than shoulder width apart. Try to get your quads as close to parallel to the ground as possible. Then in one motion, jump up and flip around 180 degrees. Sink down into a squat again and then jump back 180 degrees in the other direction. Each jump is one rep - complete a total of 20.
