In the second episode, the "Unknowns" compete against the contestants who have been training with Bob and Jillian. The teams must race to build a bridge of air mattresses to span a canal. The winning team gets a three-pound advantage. Sarah's team, the unknowns, wins the challenge with their superior teamwork.
