Patrick House's Biggest Loser 10 Journey

Patrick took home the grand prize and earned the title of The Biggest Loser, with a weight loss of 181 pounds. He shed 45.25 percent of his starting body weight at the Biggest Loser ranch. An inspiration to all, Patrick has accepted a job at a school that helps overweight students become healthier and lead happier lives. He says that portion control has been one of the most important factors in his weight loss success.
