The ACV Diet, as it is otherwise called, is no better or worse than it was last year. Holding the same position for the past two years on our Most Popular Diets list, apple cider vinegar is a supplement regimen that men and women continue to rely on, despite the unpleasant odor and taste.

Referring to this regimen as a "diet" may be a bit misleading because there are absolutely no changes to ones eating habits. Users take just one to three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar 15 minutes before eating any meal. Although little scientific support exists, those who swear by it say it suppresses their appetite and supports digestion.
