John Rhode's Biggest Loser 12 Journey
John feels that his weight holds him back from living his life to the fullest, and worries that if he doesn't get healthy, he won't be able to care for his family. His weight issues began as a child, but sports kept him fit though out high school. He began his Biggest Loser journey weighing 445 pounds.
