John Crutchfield's Biggest Loser 9 Journey

Competing as a duo on the couple's Biggest Loser wasn't unfamiliar territory for James and John, they've been a match pair their entire lives. During their week one weigh-in, Alison pointed out that the twins had lost identical weights of 23 pounds, to which James responded "We're used to it." Unfortunately, the pair would face a rare separation as James was sent home as the first eliminated contestant of the season, sacrificing himself so that John could continue the journey.
