What could be more unhealthy than fried food and a sugary soda? Maybe a dessert that combines the two. Fried Coke isn't really a liquid. It's Coca-Cola-flavored dough that's been deep fried, then is served in a cup with Coca-Cola syrup (think Coke concentrate), and topped with cinnamon sugar and whipped cream. The dish took the 2006 prize for most creative food at Texas state fair.
