My Favorite Memory: My favorite Biggest Loser moment before I was a contestant on the show was when Bob was training Erik Chopin. He was the final blue team member and they were running up a hill and Bob said, "you will win." Thoughts and words are powerful when you believe and it keeps you focused
Where I Am Now: I still watch the show as a fan. Now I have been a trainer at The Biggest Loser Resort in Southern Utah for the past year and a half helping others believe they can and motivating them to stay on track and have fun in life!
