Yogilates, also known as Yogalates, is a hybrid class of yoga and Pilates. This classes are gaining popularity across the U.S. as a great way to get the benefits of both disciplines. This workout will build core strength, improve your posture and increase your flexibility. The actual exercises and postures that you will do in a Yogilates class can vary greatly, because there is such a wealth of material in both yoga and Pilates.
