A Day in the Life at Biggest Loser Resort
Following breakfast, guests prepare to leave for a 2-3 hour hike that allows them to get up close and personal with the awe-inspiring scenery that surrounds the resort in southwest Utah. Guests are tested their first day and assigned to an appropriately matched hiking group of about six people. A different trail is taken every day, and professional guides ensure the hikes are as fun and memorable as they are safe and challenging.
