Turkey and Cranberry Salad
Give your Thanksgiving leftovers a facelift.

Ingredients
- Sliced Turkey deli meat
- Boston or Bibb lettuce
- 4 Tbs. red wine vinegar mixed with 4 Tbs. olive oil, divided
- 1 Tbs. cranberry relish
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, divided
Instructions
- Arrange turkey on bed of lettuce
- Combine vinegar, oil and relish
- Drizzle vinegar and oil over salad
- Sprinkle with walnuts
