Turkey and Cranberry Salad

Give your Thanksgiving leftovers a facelift.

  • Sliced Turkey deli meat
  • Boston or Bibb lettuce
  • 4 Tbs. red wine vinegar mixed with 4 Tbs. olive oil, divided
  • 1 Tbs. cranberry relish
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, divided


  1. Arrange turkey on bed of lettuce
  2. Combine vinegar, oil and relish
  3. Drizzle vinegar and oil over salad
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts
