Tuna Melt
A low-carb low maintenance meal.
Yield: Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 cans water-packed tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 4 Tbs. mayo
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- dash garlic powder
- Cheese slices
- Celery
Instructions
- Combine tuna with cottage cheese, mayo, lemon juice and garlic powder and form into patties
- Heat in skillet on each side
- Flip patties over and place cheese slices on each and heat until melted
- Enjoy with celery
