Tuna Melt

A low-carb low maintenance meal.

Yield: Serves 2


  • 2 cans water-packed tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 Tbs. mayo
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash garlic powder
  • Cheese slices
  • Celery


  1. Combine tuna with cottage cheese, mayo, lemon juice and garlic powder and form into patties
  2. Heat in skillet on each side
  3. Flip patties over and place cheese slices on each and heat until melted
  4. Enjoy with celery
