1/2 teaspoon olive oil
3 medium ripe tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup green onions, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon Italian herb mix or dried oregano
2 tablespoon flavored vinegar
Place all ingredients in a large microwave container. Mix together well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and serve warm.
