Teriyaki Fish Steaks

Enjoy a home made teriyaki sauce that sets off the fish.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1.5g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen tuna or halibut steaks
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. orange juice
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. dry sherry
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced


  1. Combine all ingredients except fish
  2. Pour marinade over fish
  3. Let sit for 30 minutes to 2 hours
  4. Drain fish, reserving marinade
  5. Broil fish for 5 minutes
  6. Baste with sauce and broil on other side for 5 minutes
