Sweet Saute of Purple Cabbage and Onion
This very simple but delicious recipe uses antioxidant packed purple cabbage and sweet onion sauteed to perfection.

Yield: 2 big servings
- ½ Tbs butter
- ½ Tbs olive oil
- 1 small head purple cabbage, sliced thin
- 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sauté cabbage and onion, stirring often, in olive oil/butter for 10 minutes or until nice and tender.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
