Stuffed Turkey Rolls

Stuffed is right with this turkey dish.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 1.1g
Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breasts
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 tsp. tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 Tbs. light cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Flatten turkey
  2. Spread tomato paste, cheese, spinach and crushed garlic on each turkey breast
  3. Add salt and pepper
  4. Roll up around filling and secure with a toothpick
  5. Place spirals on a foil-lined broiler pan
  6. Broil for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until thoroughly cooked
