Strawberry Ice Cream

A home made strawberry treat.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 5.4g
Strawberry Ice Cream Photo
Yield: Serves 12

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 3 cups light cream
  • 2/3 cup Splenda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Put blended strawberries in ice cream maker container, add remaining ingredients
  2. Mix with spoon until well blended
  3. Follow machine instructions for freezing
