Steak and Bacon

This steak accented with bacon will make you smile.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2.9g

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 lbs. steak
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbs. chives

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon
  2. Grill steaks
  3. Combine sour cream with chives
  4. Serve steak with sour cream
  5. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over the top
