Seafood Salad

A great salad for the carb conscious seafood lover

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 2.1g
Yield: Serves 2


  • 2 Tbs. sliced green onions
  • minced garlic to taste
  • 1 cup sliced mushroom
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil


  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil
  2. Add mushrooms and shrimp
  3. Serve with mayonnaise and toasted pita triangles
