Seafood Salad
A great salad for the carb conscious seafood lover
Yield: Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. sliced green onions
- minced garlic to taste
- 1 cup sliced mushroom
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil
- Add mushrooms and shrimp
- Serve with mayonnaise and toasted pita triangles
