Seafood Salad Dressing
Use horseradish, lemon, and yogurt for a low-calorie, tangy homemade dressing.
Yield: Makes 2 3/4 Cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup spicy chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- Pinch tarragon
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl
- Mix well
- Store in refrigerator
