Seafood Salad Dressing

Use horseradish, lemon, and yogurt for a low-calorie, tangy homemade dressing.

Nutrition Facts: Calories 22; Fiber 0g; Fat 2g; Protein 2g; Sodium 86mg
Yield: Makes 2 3/4 Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup spicy chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • Pinch tarragon
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl
  2. Mix well
  3. Store in refrigerator
