Red White and Blue Salad

Yield: Serves 7 (1/2 cup serving)


  • 2 c. peeled  and chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. whole blueberries, washed and drained of excess moisture
  • 1/2 c. whole strawberries, washed and drained of excess moisture
  • 1/2 c. red or white grapes, washed and seperated from stem, sliced in half


  1. Combine all fruit in bowl
  2. Toss lightly and serve
