Really Easy Buttermilk Dressing

Ready in minutes! Fresh, Easy and Suitable for Diabetics!

1 serving = 1/2 fat
Yield: Makes 1 cup (2 TBS per serving)


  • 1/3 c. low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 3 TBS reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS dry Ranch style dressing mix


  1. Combine, cover tightly, keep 5 days
