Pork Chops and Applesauce

Just as it sounds, this pork chop dish is great.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 4.5g
Yield: Serves 4


  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 8 oz. unsweetened applesauce
  • Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350º F
  2. In a skillet, brown chops in butter
  3. Place in casserole dish
  4. Combine wine and applesauce and pour over chops
  5. Bake for 1 hour
