Poppy Seed Dressing

Salad dressing with a light, refreshing flavor.

Nutrition Facts: Calories 20; Protein 1g; Fat 1g; Sodium 20mg; Cholesterol 1mg; Fiber 0g; Carbohydrate 3g
Yield: Makes 1 Cup


  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbs. poppy seeds, toasted


  1. In a small bowl, whisk buttermilk, sour cream, honey, lemon juice and poppy seeds until smooth
  2. The dressing can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
