8 ounces spaghetti noodles, dry
2 cups lowfat pasta sauce
2 cups frozen chopped spinach
1 cup presliced mushrooms
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions, drain in colander and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce by adding the rest of the ingredients to a medium-sized sauce pan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Allow to simmer until mushrooms and spinach are tender, about 2-3 minutes. Serve over cooked, hot spaghetti.
