Thick and zesty-this versatile pizza sauce is a breeze to make. Why not make a double batch and freeze some?

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch crushed red pepper flakes

  2. Add tomato sauce and tomato paste, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes and bring to a simmer.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes for flavors to blend and for sauce to thicken slightly.
