Pintos And Cheese

Try this classic Mexican favorite.

Nutrition Facts per serving: , 140 Calories, .5g Fat, 21g Carbs, 5.5g Fiber
Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can fat-free spicy refried beans
  • 1/4 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In small baking dish layer beans first, then enchilada sauce, and top with cheese
  2. Cover
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
