Pina Colada Fruit Dip
Give your fruit snack an island vacation.
Yield: Yields 4 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1- 8oz. cartons fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 package fat-free vanilla pudding
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 tsp. rum extract
- 1 cup fat-free Cool Whip
- Bite-size pieces fresh fruits (pineapple,
- strawberries, kiwi, grapes, etc.)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, blend yogurt and pudding mix
- Stir in pineapple and extracts
- Fold in whipped topping
- Cover; refrigerate until serving time
- Serve with fruit dippers
