Pecan Pie Crust
A new way to think of pie crust.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 cup crispy pecans
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in food processor and combine until smooth
- Place in buttered pie pan
- Bake at 325F for 30 minutes
