Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Peanut butter and ice cream marry for this dessert.

Nutrition Facts: Carbohydrates 6.4g

Yield: Serves 10

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chunky peanut butter
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • Ice cream maker

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the eggs and Splenda until light and fluffy
  2. Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth
  3. Mix in the whipping cream
  4. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's
    instructions
