Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup sugar free chunky peanut butter
- 3 cups heavy cream
- Ice cream maker
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs and Splenda until light and fluffy
- Add the peanut butter and whisk until smooth
- Mix in the whipping cream
- Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's
instructions
