Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

A low-carb fruity ice cream.

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup diced peaches
  • Ice cream maker


  1. In a large mixer bowl beat cream cheese and Splenda until smooth
  2. Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined
  3. Stir in the cream and peaches
  4. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions
