Oriental Grilled Turkey Tenderloin
Give this Superfood a delicious asian twist. Grilled turkey tenderloin is a healthy addition to any diet.
Yield: Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hot honey soy sauce
- 2 Tbs. grapeseed oil
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. ginger-garlic spice
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 lb. turkey tenderloins (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
- black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except tenderloins in a plastic storage bag and mix well
- Add turkey tenderloins, seal and turn bag to coat all sides
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally
- Grill tenderloins over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness
- Tenderloin is done when there is no pink in center
- Do not overcook
