Oriental Grilled Turkey Tenderloin

Give this Superfood a delicious asian twist. Grilled turkey tenderloin is a healthy addition to any diet.

Per serving: 203 cal, 9 g fat, 1 g sat fat, 28 g protein, 3 g carbohydrates, 67 mg cholesterol, 973 mg sodium
Yield: Serves 4


  • 1/4 cup hot honey soy sauce
  • 2 Tbs. grapeseed oil
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. ginger-garlic spice
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. turkey tenderloins (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
  • black pepper (to taste)


  1. Combine all of the ingredients except tenderloins in a plastic storage bag and mix well
  2. Add turkey tenderloins, seal and turn bag to coat all sides
  3. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally
  4. Grill tenderloins over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness
  5. Tenderloin is done when there is no pink in center
  6. Do not overcook
