Oatmeal with strawberries and skim milk

Yield: Serves 1. Each serving: 2 cups.

1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Bring water, cinnamon and oats to a boil in a saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cover and let sit 5 minutes before serving. Serve with strawberries and skim milk.
