Mini Cinnamon Rolls

Tasty even for the tiniest hands


Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated breadsticks
  • 1/2 cup Splenda or Equal for baking
  • 1 Tbs. ground cinnamon
  • Pam butter spray

Instructions

  1. Prehead oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Mix sugar substitute with desired amount of cinnamon to make cinnamon sugar
  3. Separate breadsticks
  4. Spray each with butter spray, then coat in cinnamon sugar
  5. Roll into a cinnamon roll, and put in a baking pan
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
