2 Ingredient Melon Ball Soup
Watermelon and cantaloupe soup makes the perfect healthy summer brunch treatYield:
- 3 cups cantaloupe, chilled
- 2 cups seedless watermelon, chilled
- additional melon for topping
- cilantro, mint or feta cheese for garnish
- Scoop chilled watermelon and cantaloupe into a blender and puree, making sure to remove any seeds beforehand.
- Pour into four small serving bowls and top with additional scooped melon, cilantro, mint or feta cheese.
