Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Enjoy your salad with a really rich dressing.
Yield: Makes 1/3 Cup
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp. grainy mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper until blended
- Keep in a sealed container
- Refrigerate and shake before serving
