Macaroons
Low-carb and delicious macaroons.
Yield: Serves 10
Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 1 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Beat egg whites until frothy
- Stir in sweetener, salt, vanilla, and coconut
- Spoon drop onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 325F about 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned
