Low Carb Lemon Fish

A lemon fish recipe using real lemon juice.

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillet
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbs. whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 4 Tbs. low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbs. fresh chives, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F
  2. Place fish in aluminum foil packet with oil, garlic and lemon juice
  3. Place fish packet in oven
  4. Mix the ricotta cheese with yogurt and stir in snipped chives
  5. When fish is done, remove and serve with ricotta/yogurt sauce
